9.1 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services & Google API Limited Use
PartywitMe uses artificial intelligence (AI) services to provide certain user-requested features, including generating event descriptions and promotional event posters. Our application currently uses:
- Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image to generate event poster images based on event details provided by the user.
- Azure OpenAI GPT-4o Mini to generate event descriptions based on event information provided by the user.
These AI services are used solely to fulfill the specific request made by the user. We do not use Google Workspace or Google Photos user data to create, train, or improve any generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Our use of Google APIs is limited to:
- Authenticating users through Google Sign-In.
- Creating events in a user's Google Calendar only after the user has explicitly granted permission.
We do not transmit Google Calendar content, Google account information, or other Google Workspace user data to third-party AI providers for model training or secondary purposes. Google API Services User Data Policy The use of raw or derived user data received from Google API Services adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is accessed only to provide the functionality requested by the user and is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
10. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, session tokens, and similar technologies to:
- keep you signed in and maintain your session;

Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
11. Event Privacy & Organizer Responsibilities
11.1 Event Visibility & Attendee Data
When you create, join, or purchase tickets for an Event:
- Organizers control the visibility of Event details (public, private, or invite-only);
- guest names and RSVP status may be visible to other attendees, depending on the Organizer’s settings;
- for ticketed Events, Organizers may access attendee names and ticket-related information to manage guest lists, validate entry, and manage capacity; and
- private Events limit access to invited guests, but Organizers remain responsible for how they use guest information.
11.2 Organizers as Independent Controllers
When you are an Organizer, you may receive personal information about attendees and guests through the Service. In those circumstances, you may act as an independent data controller (or equivalent under applicable law) for that information.
Organizers must:
- use attendee and guest data only for legitimate Event-related purposes;
- comply with applicable privacy laws, including providing required notices and obtaining required consents;
- not sell or share attendee data for unrelated marketing without appropriate consent; and
- protect attendee data with reasonable security measures.
PartywitMe processes attendee and guest data on behalf of Organizers as needed to provide the Service, but Organizers remain responsible for their own compliance when they use attendee data outside the scope of the platform’s tools.
11.3 Guest Information
If you upload or provide guest contact details (such as email addresses or phone numbers for Invitations), you represent that you have a lawful basis to share that information and that guests have been appropriately informed.

13. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and comply with legal obligations.
Typical retention periods include:
| Data category | Retention approach |

14. Data Security & Breach Notification
We take data security seriously and implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including:
- encrypting sensitive information in transit (and, where appropriate, at rest);
- storing data on secure infrastructure with restricted access;
- using authentication controls, including verification codes where applicable;
- monitoring for security vulnerabilities and suspicious activity; and
- limiting employee and contractor access to personal information on a need-to-know basis.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for using a strong, unique password. Notify us immediately at support@saltechapps.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
If we become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
15. International Data Transfers

19. Automated Processing & Recommendations
We may use automated processing to suggest Events, venues, or features based on your activity, preferences, or location. These recommendations are intended to improve your experience and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.
You can influence recommendations by updating your profile, adjusting location permissions, and managing your activity on the Service. Where required by law, you may have the right to object to profiling used for recommendations.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or applicable law.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email, in-app notice, or other reasonable means at least 30 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
